Dear SHE, on behalf of all the readers, public, families, friends and your well-wishers, we would like to discuss something about you and of course, your journey as well. This conversation will help readers to know more about you and your journey. Please give answers to the attached answers in brief.
So let’s start now…….

The Spirit Mania: Most welcome to The Spirit Mania. We heartily congratulate you for being an INFLUENTIAL WOMEN OF THE YEAR 2K20. It’s really a great achievement. First thing, we would like to know about your basic info as a person, daily life, career so far and anything you would like to share about you with your readers and your well-wishers and also with us.
Answer: First off, I’d like to thank the entire team of Spirit Mania for organizing as well as bring to fruition such a ….
My name is Heena R. Pardeshi and by profession I am a fiction writer, manuscript critic and the chief editor at a local publishing house. I am a big time book aficionado and have been a book blogger since 2014. I am also a YouTuber, Podcaster and an IGTV content creator, basically an influencer.
I am a dysthymic with type-A personality, living in Pune with my husband and 4 cats. I am an animal lover and a mental-health advocate trying my best to spread knowledge about benefits of animal sterilization and mental-health awareness.
The Spirit Mania: Please tell us something about your journey of becoming an author/blogger/teacher and other fields in which you are working? When you actually started your journey and how was the circumstance? Did any person or situation influenced you to become what you are today?
Answer: I had a very keen sense of observation and an uncanny imagination since childhood. Belonging to a dysfunctional family, I learned to internalize my grief, fear and anxiety at a very young age. As a result, I channeled all of my internalized emotions and make-believe personalities and worlds through writing. Writing was my prince-in-shining-amour, so I am very happy to say that, in a way, I was able to save myself with the help of my ability to write. I have not learned writing; it comes naturally to me, more naturally than being able to talk about my feelings. There were a lot of hurdles and I had to make some sacrifices but, in the end, I’d do it all over if given a chance, to be where I am today.
The Spirit Mania: Please tell the readers something about your interest in the respective field. What is your message to those readers who are trying to do the best in your field?
Answer: Writing is like a fire that consumes you whole. But you need to keep feeding it by practicing it regularly otherwise it’ll only leave you half-burned, and that would get you nowhere. Either be all in or all out, no matter whatever it is you do in life.
The Spirit Mania: Being one of the Influential Women; what type of changes do you want in your society as well as with respect to women?
Answer: The one thing I would love to see would be a loving acceptance of people with mental health issues. It is real and it is time everyone starts to realize this. We need to talk more about it openly. We should be able to share about our conditions with our family and friends without the fear of their judgement, then and only then, this society would be a better place to live in, especially for women because mostly they are the ones who have to take the burnt for everything in this man-dominant world.
The Spirit Mania: And yes, the most important thing we would like to hear from you is what is your message to those girls and women who are suffering from any problem in their journey to achieve something big? You have been their source of motivation, please convey your thoughts with them.
Answer: Whenever you are faced with any problem or situation where you have to make a difficult choice, ask yourself – where do I see myself in five years from now? And you’ll have your answer. Some choices are tuff, believe me I know this from my own experiences, but if you believe it’s worth it, then it is. Don’t let any fear or bias distract you from what you want to achieve. Once you reach a certain point in life, nothing else, apart from what you truly love doing, will matter anyway so stick to it and do whatever is needed to achieve it.

Great! We have come to the end of our interview session.
