This conversation will help readers to know more about you and your journey. Please give answers to the attached answers in brief.

The Spirit Mania: Most welcome to The Spirit Mania. We heartily congratulate you for being an INFLUENTIAL WOMEN OF THE YEAR 2K20. It’s really a great achievement. First thing, we would like to know about your basic info as a person, daily life, career so far and anything you would like to share about you with your readers and your well-wishers and also with us.
Answer: This is Ayushi Jawanpuria, a teenage from the streets of Jamshedpur and I’m a student, currently pursuing B.Com (H) from Arka Jain University. I’m a 20 year old carefree girl who is a writer, a compiler and an upcoming author. I want to be a graphic designer in future and my hobbies include reading, writing, traveling, clicking pictures, cooking and drawing and painting. I’m an introvert and loves inking my daily life routine in a paper. I believe in “A FIRST IMPRESSION IS A LAST IMPRESSION” and I write in English and Hindi language. I try to learn something new every day in my fields of interests and try to make myself even better.

The Spirit Mania: Please tell us something about your journey of becoming an author/blogger/teacher and other fields in which you are working? When you actually started your journey and how was the circumstance? Did any person or situation influenced you to become what you are today?
Answer: I was in class 10 when I first started writing. I was never fond of reading but books of Late APJ ABDUL KALAM inspired me a lot. I loved reading his thoughts and he has been my inspiration. Words by him influenced me a lot and slowly and steadily I started writing and it started helping me mentally and emotionally. I started reading books of other authors like William Shakespeare, Walter Isaacson, Durjoy Dutta and Sidharth Oberoi. Currently I am a student and a writer and I still remember when I first started writing, situations were not good, I was weak…be it be mentally, or emotionally but today I can say it loud that I am strong and can handle any situation.

The Spirit Mania: Please tell the readers something about your interest in the respective field. What is your message to those readers who are trying to do the best in your field?
Answer: I love reading. I don’t write everyday but reading makes me feel relaxed. Nowadays more than writing, I read… be it a novel, poetries, anthologies, quotes, etc. I also try to learn new things and make myself better. Apart from that I also do online courses to learn new things and to make my writing even better.
I would like to suggest to the new comers or those who are trying to be an author/blogger/teacher etc; do read something every day. Reading is a first step to everything. It’s a milestone through which you can gain a hell lot of knowledge.

The Spirit Mania: And yes, the most important thing we would like to hear from you is what is your message to those girls and women who are suffering from any problem in their journey to achieve something big? You have been their source of motivation, please convey your thoughts with them.
Answer: There are people who love reading and writing or do something best in their respective fields but they do not get that position or respect from the society or family itself. There are many hurdles which make them feel demotivated and they stop doing that thing. Even I have faced this issue when I started featuring my work in different platforms. I would suggest them DO NOT STOP and DO NOT FEEL DEMOTIVATED. They are the hurdles which can make you even better and it in a positive way and see you can do even better. Learn to say “NO” to the things which are coming on your way to success and learn to “FIGHT” and “STAND STRONG”. There will be people criticizing you every day, every minute, every second but you need to be strong and take it in a correct way.

The Spirit Mania: Being one of the Influential Women; what type of changes do you want in your society as well as with respect to women?
Answer: Being one of the Influential Women is one of the biggest achievement itself and I would like to thank you for thinking that I can influence the society and other women. As far as changes in the society is concerned, people should have correct knowledge about literature, they should speak their respective languages correctly, they should try to learn something new every day.
And when it comes about women and respect of her, people say many things like our society is modern, girls can wears anything they like etc etc; but I would like to say if you genuinely respect a woman, respect her from your heart and do not judge her by her looks, past, nature, etc; because there are many things which they are facing in her everyday life which no one can imagine or understand.

Great! We have come to the end of our interview session.
