Dear SHE, on behalf of all the readers, public, families, friends and your well-wishers, we would like to discuss something about you and of course, your journey as well. This conversation will help readers to know more about you and your journey. Please give answers to the attached answers in brief.
So let’s start now…….

The Spirit Mania: Most welcome to The Spirit Mania. We heartily congratulate you for being an INFLUENTIAL WOMEN OF THE YEAR 2K20. It’s really a great achievement. First thing, we would like to know about your basic info as a person, daily life, career so far and anything you would like to share about you with your readers and your well-wishers and also with us.
I am just the same like you, a Homosapiens.
My day begins just before the Solar king wakes up and ends when moon forces me to go back to grab some sleep..
I am a wandering Dinosaur and Passionpreneur.
Like a George in Pepa, I too love Dinosaur. I am a sparrow in the morning, an Eagle in the afternoon and an Owl in the later part, listening to the Dinosaur within me.
An M.Sc in Psychology, NLP Master Practitioner, with 14 years experience in the HR, Recruitment and Training with the love for writing my thoughts..

The Spirit Mania: Please tell us something about your journey of becoming an author/blogger/teacher and other fields in which you are working? When you actually started your journey and how was the circumstance? Did any person or situation influenced you to become what you are today?
I always loved being surrounded and being with people, which was more about listening to their stories and sharing my thoughts.
Didn’t realise it was stories that I love listening and sharing. Always love to be with children and that made me tell stories to children and when my princess stepped in my life, I started quilling motherhood and “Me-time,” stories which actually helped me share and flow my thoughts like a bird. Also this brought the connect with the like minded writers and Storytellers.
While working as a HR and Trainer, I used to write organisation and employee related articles in LinkedIn.
Who influenced me? I would say everyone influenced me in some or the other way. And there’s this soul in me who always loved to be fed through words and that’s how I found and find my solance and sanity in writing.

The Spirit Mania: Please tell the readers something about your interest in the respective field. What is your message to those readers who are trying to do the best in your field?
Which ever field we pick whether it’s one or multiple, it’s important and only mantra is to give the full and do it with passion, patience, perseverance and practice. And always be ready to embrace the experiences shared by the others in the form of feedback and work on the areas of improvement.

The Spirit Mania: And yes, the most important thing we would like to hear from you is what is your message to those girls and women who are suffering from any problem in their journey to achieve something big? You have been their source of motivation, please convey your thoughts with them.
The motivation element is something which we have within us. It’s like a Jackfruit. The situation is like the outer layer of the fruit, only when we pull it out we enjoy the sweetness of the fruit. It’s all about working towards the inner self.
Basis my experience, I would like to share that

  • Always listen to self
  • Accept the failures through people and situation
  • But do not hold on to the grieving phase always…
  • Move on to the next element, which is creating time for self and if required moving on too
  • Always have, “Me-time”

The Spirit Mania: Being one of the Influential Women; what type of changes do you want in your society as well as with respect to women?
These are deeper than the ocean depth.
Before asking our neighbors and society, it’s important we work on the changes or transformation for our self.
Great! We have come to the end of our interview session.
