Dear SHE, on behalf of all the readers, public, families, friends and your well-wishers, we would like to discuss something about you and of course, your journey as well. This conversation will help readers to know more about you and your journey. Please give answers to the attached answers in brief.
So let’s start now…….

The Spirit Mania: Most welcome to The Spirit Mania. We heartily congratulate you for being an INFLUENTIAL WOMEN OF THE YEAR 2K20. It’s really a great achievement. First thing, we would like to know about your basic info as a person, daily life, career so far and anything you would like to share about you with your readers and your well-wishers and also with us.
Answer: I am basically an Assistant Professor of English and recently found the writer inside me. I used to write since my college days as my hobby. Now, that writing changed into my profession. At present, I am the co-author of several anthologies, compiler of 7 anthologies and also holding position of Head Compiler in the writing community, “Spectrum of Thoughts” and the author of 2 self published books and also an awardee of ‘Best Woman Writer’ for the book, “The Treasure of Her Soul”.

The Spirit Mania: Please tell us something about your journey of becoming an author/blogger/teacher and other fields in which you are working? When you actually started your journey and how was the circumstance? Did any person or situation influenced you to become what you are today?
Answer: As a professor, my journey was started during the days as soon as I completed my M.Phil degree. Basically, teaching is the profession which I loved to do since my childhood days. One of my college professors is my inspiration for teaching from whom I have learned the tactics of teachings like teaching everything in a comical and jovial manner.
As a writer, I wrote my first poem when I was in my UG course. As it came somewhat good, I started to record all my experiences as poetries. All those collected poems were published as my first book. Only one question has made me to become a published writer. The question is “If others, why can’t I?” This question often triggered my mind and the motivation of my professor made to become a published writer.
The Spirit Mania: Please tell the readers something about your interest in the respective field. What is your message to those readers who are trying to do the best in your field?
Answer: I created the interest of writing by myself voluntarily. I used to take all my emotions and experiences within me and turn those emotions into verses. My message to the readers is that instead of making you upset due to the problem you face, feel the problem and try to think of the problem as how can we turn those problems into poems or stories so that you can make yourself popular. If you indulge in problems alone, you will not be recognized. So, change your problems to verses.

The Spirit Mania: And yes, the most important thing we would like to hear from you is what is your message to those girls and women who are suffering from any problem in their journey to achieve something big? You have been their source of motivation, please convey your thoughts with them.
Answer: Life is filled with both joys and sorrows. In the pursuit of our aim, we may face some problem or hindrance to achieve our aims. In that circumstances, we should not fed up as a normal woman. We should take that problem as motivation by thinking that God used to test our talent and capability only by giving problems. So, we should take that as a challenge and face those like that of unique queens found in the world.

The Spirit Mania: Being one of the Influential Women; what type of changes do you want in your society as well as with respect to women?
Answer: It is said that Men and Women are equal in this society. But, I don’t think it is taken seriously. Males are showing their dominance and superiority in several cases. It has evident in most of the vulgar act happens in our nation. This scenario should change and every woman should be respected by each and every man and they should feel the importance of women. Only then, our society will become a fulfilled perfect nation.
Great! We have come to the end of our interview session.
